Erm, my immediate thought was the Give My Regards To Broad Street film premiere in 1984 but............. !!Ok,just did some googling aka cheating and it was the LA GMRTBS premiere on 22/10/84

Love the photo above of Paul (with beard) giving Linda a hug. Never saw that one either, from that photoshoot.
Didn't know that was a joint in his mouth, thought he was just sticking out his tongue!
