Linda took her celebrity and did something positive for the world that will continue for many, many, many years. In my mind, what she did will far out last anything the Beatles did. One day someone will ask, wasn't one of the Beatles married to her?

Let's talk about Linda. She was his wife. They met in the band "The Wings". What Do you think? Did she really loved him or she was just another fan of his, who was crazy about him? Or Maybe not! Maybe she only married with him 'cuz he had a lot of money? Or Maybe she only wanted to had him for her self... I don't know... What about you?

I think the duration of Paul and Linda's marriage is testimony to the strength of their relationship. If it had been based on anything other than love, it would not have lasted as long as it did, and I'm sure if Linda hadn't passed, the marriage would still be going strong. I still miss her, and appreciate her legacy on a daily basis.

and I'm sure if Linda hadn't passed, the marriage would still be going strong-thanks to gracious lady. i think so,too. paul and linda were so close together and i think,that he get used to it,that she is gone but `he will never get over it loosing her. so i feel about my brothers passing 4 years ago.i accept it and i learn to live without him but i miss him every day and i will never be the same as i was before.i will miss him forever..and so will paul. he is not the only one with a situation like these but he is a famous person and we all see photos,read storys...and i must say that he is carrying some kind of sadness on his shoulders..it seems to me that way...and i believe that he will never come over it..in spite of all his sucess he has and all the support..he will miss linda forever..like all persons will who lost a close person or friend.it is like a piece of you is forever gone..the puzzle undone.. and i miss her so much..i always feel sad when i hear paul singing my love or maybe im amazed..you know what i mean..she has left a big hole in millions of hearts...i didn`t know her..but she was always a part of it all...and i loved her for her way of life..how she felt about animals..how she felt about going veggie...she had a strong influence to me...someone to look up for..and as paul said..a diamond with so many facettes... ok..i will close now..linda-whereever you are...love you!!!

Absolutely no doubt that she really loved him. (They didn`t actually meet in Wings, of course)(. She certainly didn`t marry him for money as she had her own.

I agree that Paul is carrying sadness within him. He hides it most of the time, but i think that you can see it in his eyes. Not that i have been that close to him, sadly!. He has had an amazing life but alot of grief also, starting with the loss of his Mother at 14. Do you ever get over losing your great love of 30 years? Linda was Paul's and he has learnt to live with her loss as everyone, at sometime in their lives, have to. Another lady has alot to live up to and to cope with his 'Ever Present Past'.

I think Paul just tries to look at the positives in life and knows that all his loved ones that have moved on are still with him always some how and I don't think that anybody would or would try to compare to Linda

they were angels together and him without her is like a love song sans C'est mélodie {without it's melody} so hearing the great love songs he wrote for her is painful

Linda must have been quite awoman to have captured the heart of Paul McCartney and kept him so happy for so long.......they truly were soulmates!! I learned recently that she was a "Libra" and they say that Libra's and Gemini make an almost perfect match so maybe that was part of it as well. I can attest to that from personal experience. Oh, I heard Paul once say of her style,"She was a "Punker" before it was in vogue. Anwyay, she was a great lady and is truly missed......RIP Linda. Half of what I say is meaningless, but I say it just to reach you..........

I truly admired Linda. I enjoyed seeing her perform with Sir Paul in 1990.

How sad... I can't believe it's been 11 years... There were so many lovely tributes and wonderful photos. Linda was truly such a special person and it is so evident from the songs that Paul sung about and for her... to looking at their chemistry in all of the photos. It is plain to see how very very special and rare their relationship was. I admire Linda for many things....one of my favorites being her photography. Last year I made a special trip to London to see Linda's photography exhibit at the James Hyman gallery. I really enjoyed seeing her photos up close! I have books of her photos, but they were so much more seeing them in person! She was so muli-talented
My thoughts go out to her family today... Paul, Heather, Mary, Stella & James and the rest of her family. She was such a light in the world.... May the Joy of her being give you comfort especially today. She is missed by so many... -
