Anybody know what this means? Is is a British thing, as in MBE, OBE etc??? I have seen it associated with Paul.

Would it be something like FPSHOT? Is it the name of one of his studios>??

Its looks very similar to Office of Health Facility Licensure And Certification ( OHFLAC) although there doesn't seem to be any connection with Paul.

I haven`t the faintest idea what it is - but it is certainly not akin to an MBE or OBE!

Maybe the context in which you saw it might shed some enlightenment

"I don't like you" "I'll get over it"

I saw it a few times on graffitti, and I specifically remember reading it in a Beatles book about 20 years ago! So long ago, I can't recall the context. When I saw the graffitti, it triggered my recall... So I'm thinking is it peculiar to a country?
