Very twee English Tea... (Yeah...I had to look it up, too.) Man, this photo is just begging for a caption. When we last left the Faversham-Smythes... As Charles butter the scones Fanny broke the news leaving everyone aghast. Meanwhile, Willifred sat with Ruffles on the floor thinking about what she'd done. And James' mind drifted...
I just saw this and Tori you've outdone yourself, it's HILARIOUS! Each time I look at the picture and your caption I break out in laughs all over again! Too funny! Merry

What incredible shows!!!! I am still thinking it was a dream!!!! Paul came over to me and attempted to high-five me after the first show as he left. I was just slightly too high, and he missed and hit the girl next to me! She was very excited. The next night, he signed a "McCartney" album, and two signs for people in the front row area...he kept there marker, and left the stage...then walked off the stage, and as he was leaving he went over to me and motioned for me to give him my sign. He specifically seeked me out! It was an incredible experience! My "We're Really Rockin' In Boston!" sign was signed! I am going to frame it and put pictures of the show up around it. It is just sooo fantastic!...what a unique souvenir from the fantastic show! I have my friends here from England...we walked the Freedom Trail today...I am exhausted! We head to NY on Friday...for more shows!!! It is just show exciting!!!! Four shows in NY...then we go to Washington DC! I don't want it to end! Podgie (the "Rockin' in Boston!") Monkey
WOW!!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS PODGIE!!!!!!! That is FANtastic!!!!!!! I know you'll treasure it!!!! So, when Paul went to high-five you, missed, and hit the girl next to you....did she fall over from excitement or did he deck her?

How kind of you to start that thread for Podgie, Christina! Thanks Merry & Maccascruff & Debbie. Paul Really Rockin' in Boston... Listen my children and you shall hear Of the midnight rockshow of Paul McRevere, On the twenty-sixth of September, in Ought-five; Hardly a man is now alive Who remembers that famous day and year. He said to his friend, "If the British march By land or sea from the town to-night, Hang a lantern aloft in the belfry arch Of the North Church tower as a signal light,-- One if by land, and two if by sea; Three if by Yellow Submarine; Four if by Lexus..."

This piece Podgie wrote in the broadcast forum in mine Paul book singing thread at Barnes and Nobel . PodgeTheBear wrote: I'm on the road, staying with friends. We went to the book signing...it was awesome! The meeting was extremely brief, they really pushed people through (which was a bit unnecessary, as Paul finished early, and they let about 15 people in without wristbands afterwards). I thanked him for signing my sign at the Boston concert, and shook his hand. He told me my sign was "Cool". It was very very brief, but it was a moment I will always remember. It was great hearing all my friends stories of there brief few seconds with Paul...some, like me, were extremely happy...some found it disappointing (because of being pushed through). I thought the whole thing was terrific! One thing that kind of surprised me was how small Paul's hands were....or maybe it is me with such big hands? It was unbelievable watching him play the guitar the next few nights, and thinking..."Wow! I actually shook Paul's hand, and there he is playing all this great music!" It seems all a dream. Podgie (expecting to wake up any moment) Monkey
