But btw for the Edinburgh folk...anyone noticed there isnt a 3rd act announced for the Edinburgh castle concerts yet 
(yes wishful thinking on my part)heres hoping!!! We need paul back so we can get some more summer weather aswell lol

You can have some of our heat. 30C here yesterday and it's only early June. 25C during Macca's gig last year was brilliant.

I know that was our summer in that one day lol. We had 25 on friday and now its back to 14....only in Scotland!

Not just that one day, I arrived on Fri, left on Mon and the weather was awesome all the time
I had no idea the weather was gonna be like THAT so there I was with my jeans while I should've brought shorts, lol. -

Not just that one day, I arrived on Fri, left on Mon and the weather was awesome all the time
I had no idea the weather was gonna be like THAT so there I was with my jeans while I should've brought shorts, lol.same here. i had to buy some shorts and sandals from matalan which was luckily just accross the road from my hotel 'jurys inn' glasgow. what a great day it was.

aye and I stupidly stayed in to watch the tennis....damn Andy Murray

Preferably I'd like for him to return to the MAINland this time. Travelling to Scotland last June was GREAT, one of my best trips ever but travelling to Scotland and London in Dec was HELL (took me 28 hours from London to Holland) so I prefer this side of the pond this time. Of course all you Scots can crash at my place

Hey I'm up for that too, no complaints about him doing mainland Europe thats for sure...if it makes you feel better I got stuck in Cologne in 2009 so I know how you feel

A decent European tour would be sooooooooo nice. He travels all over the States but he skips 'his' side of the world (with the exception of some UK/Ireland gigs last year)
Being stuck was not THAT bad. It started to get bad when people in line waiting for the Eurostar started fighting. And no cop to be seen. Stranded in Brussels cause the stupid French TGV refused to take stranded people from Brussels to Amsterdam. Good thing is that I got to meet with my friends and I got to hear Maybe I'm amazed and Wonderful christmastime That was worth the trouble. But next time he oughta come back in summer!! -

Funny that this weekend had been the weekend of The 2011 Moonwalk - last year it was the same day of the Hampden concert so by the time I saw Paul, I'd walked 26 miles through the night, been in a medical tent, had 30 mins of shut eye, and ready to dance for 3 hours
Nice to see the mile markers up around Edinburgh and thinking, "I went to see Paul McCartney this time last year" -

What a great day that was, cheered me up thinking about that show whilst stuck on a 12 hour shift at work. I wish he was at hampden again...or anywhere in Scotland (and if he brings the sun too) -

Whatever they gave me, worked wonders! I wanted to go out afterwrds to, but my mate (who hadn't moonwalked and whom I was giving a lift home to) wanted to head straight home afterwards

Anyone else of the Hampden gang going to Liddypool?I wanted to and considered it and nearly booked it, but work happened so I have to do that instead. Its a busy week in these parts, next time hopefully. In regards to the Hampden gig I've been speaking to a few people recently who saw Paul for the first time and generally arent big Paul fans who said he put on one of the best gigs they have ever seen
