Magazine covers of Paul

I just noticed that almost everyone magazine cover from 1970 on has a theme of "McCartney is Back" in its headline.
Because of the "Paul is Dead" rumour that started in 1969. Life Magazine actually sent a reporter and a photographer to Mull of Kintyre to find Paul. They found him but he was not pleased. He did finally pose for the cover and gave an interview to get them to leave.
Felt sad for Paul when I saw this video of reporters/paparazzi harrassing him in Scotland, in 1969... he couldn't let the dog out for a walk without being bothered!

^ Love the "What does Jane think?" considering Linda took that photo of Paul!

I don't think we'll ever know "What does Jane think?" - she's always been very private about her time with Paul, and never says a word about it. I saw online somewhere that she attended a special screening of the "Let it Be" film several years ago, before Cynthia Lennon died, and was able to re-connect with Cynthia and Pattie Boyd after many years.

Paul is the featured cover story in the Nov. 17-Dec 3 issue of "The Big Issue," published in Australia https://www.thebigissue.org.au/magazines/2017/11/17/paul-mccartney/
On the eve of Paul McCartney's much-awaited Australian tour, we bring you one of his greatest hits - a very personal Letter to My Younger Self. The Beatles legend reflects on his teenage years, the music, the girls and an amazing dream he shared with John Lennon.

That's great!
She certainly could make a fortune on her autobiography if she "told all!" She's the only insider who never will though.
