I remember when Flowers In the Dirt came out and there were so many reviews praising it as Paul's "comeback", his best since Tug of War and all that. He had a lot of great songs in the '80's, but people couldn't overcome the rest of it, probably the low being Pipes of Peace or the film Broadstreet. But off the top of my head here's my favorites of the '80's. No particular order. So Bad No More Lonely Nights Wanderlust Tug of War Say Say Say Pipes of Peace Only Love Remains However Absurd My Brave Face We Got Married Motor of Love Here Today Take It Away This One

It's unfortunate that except for "Here Today" and sometimes "Coming Up", you won't hear anything from the '80s in his concert setlist unless you include the DJ remix mashups before he comes on stage. Can you imagine a song that good and he has never released it on an official album. That is why I think he is the greatest pop/rock songwriter of all time. He has a bunch of unreleased gems.
