VIP packages are usually available during the first presale. When you follow the links from this site, there is usually a second button for VIP packages and it will take you to the ticket sale page. As for prices, can't help there, sometimes they don't get posted until they are on sale, tho.

I got an email in the first week of September saying that they were sending them out on the 15th and that everyone should have them by the 15th of October.

Hey All! All my family and friends have received their tickets for Paul, however mine (VIP Hot Sound Package) have not arrived yet. Should I be concerned? or presume they are coming?

Hi Monique, The info provided on the promoter's website is a little ambiguous, but I think it might be the case that package tickets are not actually sent out by mail. From reading about people's experiences at other Paul concerts, it sounds like they send you an email in the week before the show, telling you where and when to show up. When you get there, they check your ID, give you your things (probably including your ticket) and let you in. Here is the info from the Frontier Touring website: "Please note you will be contacted via email approximately one (1) week prior to show date with details about your package elements. Package elements are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted. The original package purchaser and all members of the party must be in attendance at the time of check-in and enter the venue together. Venue exit and re-entry may notbe permitted." Cheers, Andrew.

Monique, Andrew is right, for front row and hot sound you will receive an email about a week or so before the concert with instructions what entrance at the stadium to meet and a designated time. Once there, there will be folks that will check you in and check your ID. You will then be given your ticket and VIP lanyard. After soundcheck, they will take you to the room where you will eat dinner and they will give you the VIP merchandise as well

But you should still have *some* ticket ahead of time, even if print-at-home, right? I was slightly confused this year because I thought I'd remembered in previous years getting a printed ticket mailed to me ahead of time regardless of what option I'd chosen at checkout, but this year I just had my print-at-home ticket like I get for normal seats. I brought that and they checked it on the way in and verified my name on the list, but I think I still had that ticket scanned once or twice going around the venue, plus it had my seat on it unlike the other items, including the commemorative "ticket." Same thing for VIP/no-sound -- regular print-at-home ticket; "commemorative" ticket came later, but wasn't a real ticket. Seemed to me like the ticket itself comes in the normal way at the normal time based on what you select at checkout.

I have Hot Sound for Melbourne and all of my tickets have arrived (I have an el cheapo seat for the second night and bought some for computer-challenged family members). The VIP one looks no different to the rest bar for a little black box with 'VIP HOT SOUND PACKAGE' written in. I'd imagine this is for venue entry and we'll get all the rest of it at the time and place specified in the email (sounds rather seedy like that, doesn't it?).

They all arrived at once. I had four envelopes in all. My Hot Sound for the 5th, my nosebleed for the 6th, the two for my parents' and the three for my cousins. Each were a different transaction so I'm assuming that's the manner. These are my two.
