Hello! This will be the pre-sale thread for Paul's Quicken Loans Arena concert in Cleveland OH on August 17th. Fans who were registered with PaulMcCartney.com by 9am (local / 2pm BST) on Tuesday 19th April will be eligible to purchase pre-sale tickets for Paul's Cleveland concert through the website at 10am (local / 3pm BST) today. Have you tried refreshing the page and using multiple browsers? Please do keep trying - there are a lot of people trying to buy tickets for this show, often sales don't go through and tickets become available again.

I did it all, and finally got into the system after the presale had been going for 5 minutes. Now I'm getting the "All in cart" message. I'm ready to give up on the Paul presales at this point.

I signed into the presale for Cleveland first thing this morning and snagged Floor 6, row DD. I did the entire transaction right on this website, and got an email receipt from "Songkick". Out of curiosity to see what seats are left this afternoon, I tried signing in again just now the very same way, and was redirected to the Quicken Loans Arena website, where only VIP packages seem to be available, no option to search non-VIP seats. Are the tickets I paid for this morning legit? Why has the presale process changed in the last 5 hours? I'm super excited to take my 75 year old father to see Paul from floor seats for the first time and I would appreciate any kind of confirmation that my tickets are legit. Thanks!

When you get redirected to the venue website, it means that the Songkick/Crowdsurge ticket allotment is gone. Your tickets are legit.

If you bought tickets through the links on this thread or via PaulMcCartney.com and received a confirmation email from Songkick - you have purchased legitimate tickets.

I tried nearly all day yesterday, and it kept kicking me out and sending me to the Quicken Loans Arena link, which said I can't buy tickets till later. I tried several different browsers, no luck at all. I have been waiting for YEARS for him to come here.

I must admit I was in shock when I got the email about Paul returning to Cleveland. However I no longer live in Cleveland but the news made my face light up. The last time Paul was in Cleveland was 2002 when I saw him for the Driving Rain concert tour. This man is truly amazing.
