Ordering from the online store

hey guys, I ordered a Wings T-shirt from the online store on 13 June and on 18 June I received a mail saying that the order had shipped and they withdrew the money from my account the same day. The problem is that the T-shirt hasn't arrived yet and I never received a tracking number..what to do?

FYI, my T-shirt shipped on June 20th and I received it in the mail yesterday. It does take some time. And I didn't have a tracking number either. It shipped from the US and I'm in Canada

I didn't get a tracking number either, it took about two weeks to get my shirt. It ships from the UK so it takes a little time

All the clothes in the new online store ship from the USA though, not the UK. Which is why people in the UK aren't buying! (ie huge customs add ons)

I ordered the Out There Tour Program and it took almost three weeks. And that was shipping in the U.S. International shipping takes longer. Patience, young Grasshopper...

Umm I bought one of the new Wings shirts and it came from the UK. It was shipped via Royal Air Mail.

i've read people say it comes from the states, inc other brits who have ordered. Maybe it varies per item? 
Can someone from the actual store/pm.com can get the actual site to say? It would really help. -
This was the shirt I ordered (love it) will be wearing it to the concert in DC!
...But yeah it took two weeks to arrive and I never received tracking for it. -
