Does anyone know if you can upgrade your ticket the day of the show at the will call office?

Don't count on it, usually that practice is for shows who have not sold a wohle lot of tickets and have open seats available..

It's not impossible and worth a try, especially if you bought a $250 dollar ticket. My wife and I bought that price level for Leonard Cohen in Chicago, but our seats were not together?one seat in the seventh row, one in the ninth. I called TM a few hours before the show, they found two seats in the fourth row orchestra, and just switched our tickets at no charge. Good luck!
