My triplets LOVE this image of Paul! ? I purchased the same concert t-shirt for all three of my children at last year's Philly concert - fabulous image, great shirt!

Hi Nancy, Did a quick search... The photo dates from 1976 - a photo from same session was used for the cover of the June 17, 1976 issue of Rolling Stone magazine. Maybe the photo you posted was part of the article about Paul in that issue? https://usercontent1.hubstatic.com/9136738_f496.jpg

The one I bought doesn't have the gold bars behind Paul but does have the tour dates on the basck. When I saw it I knew I had to have it.

I think I'd probably like it better without the gold bars on it, but it's still a nice photo, I can understand why you'd want the shirt. If there was a Paul and Linda shirt, like your avatar, I'd buy that one too

Thanks for posting that! I like the tour shirt better, without the gold bars too! I wonder if the one for sale has actual tour dates on it? Does anyone know. The last show had so much merchandise, wish I could have bought a few things!!!

I actually like the gold bars. It isolates Paul & puts the emphasis on him. It seems more than just a pic slapped on a tshirt.

I like the photo of him on the shirt, so if I couldn't find an old version of the shirt, without the bars, I'd be ok with buying the gold bars one Paul isn't wearing a beard in this photo, but I like the pink shirt the fan next to him is wearing, and would probably buy that one too, lol... it dates to whenever the "Press" video was filmed on the Subway. and just to stay on topic, we haven't discussed Paul's glued on beard and mustache in "A Hard Day's Night" - that wasn't a bad look for him either!
