1979 UK Tour Footage

Thanks for posting that, takes me back too far. I've seen about 80% of the footage before, but it was nice to see that little extra i'd not seen before. My ideal would be a DVD of the tour, but i think it's unlikely.

We were taling about "sweaty Paul" on another thread and he is certainly in evidence in this video! Thanks for posting!

He really puts on a good show! Would have loved to see Wings live!

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't some of the footage on the most recent deluxe re release of McCartney II?

There is Coming Up from the live concert for the people of Kampuchea and also a rehearsal of the song at Lower Gate Farm (both 1979) but no concert footage.

Thanks. Much appreciated. I guess I am mixing up all my Paul events lately. Also, if you want an interview from 1979 from the concert, there was a Tom Snyder collection that came out on dvd a few years ago. It also includes a 1975 interview with John and a 1981 interview with Ringo. Really worth picking up.
