Mpl photo policy

There's a photo contest on Paul's Facebook with the topic being the Houston concert. I have made multiple entries in hopes of winning one of the prizes. However, most of my entries are an edited version of paul's albums or a picture of him. One is from the wrigly field picture that Premium Members of Paulmccartney.com recive. In the rules it says that I must not infringe on the 3rd party rights. Mpl would be the third party right? Are my photos eligible? I will post them here.

We can't comment on the eligibility of your images here as none of us are involved in the promotion. However, I suggest, submit what you like and let them address the issue of copyright. Your entries won't be considered if they deem them as infringing anyone's copyright, MPL or other parties, in the manner stated in the terms and conditions. Martin

Edit, rules found: http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=2622648#2622648 It's easier for Houston fans to enter simply because the venue is local and transport will be no issue, but it doesn't seem to be barred to anybody - so long as entrants understand the prize is only what you read there. Transport, accommodation, food, drink, cancellation insurance etc would be down to the winners I assume. Martin -

Loads of details about the entry photograph etc - copyright issues and the permission of every identifiable person in the image is needed etc etc Read the rules on the link above for exact details..
