      Check out this link, which features YouTube clips demonstrating his range through his recordings. If you're confused by the numbers, they refer to octaves on a keyboard, with 1 being the lowest and 6 the highest that are discussed. http://abbeyrd.proboards.com/thread/4357/paul-widest-vocal-range-singer Makes for some thrilling listening. I have a new appreciation for "Wild Life" and "The Girl Is Mine" now.

          Wow, that was great listening to all of those clips. It made me want to watch my favorite youtube clip of Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five from One Hand Clapping Gives me shivers up my spine every time I see/hear it!! Go PAULIE--"ooo-ahh-ahh"!!

            This was fantastic! I always have arguments over Paul's merits as a vocalist, and this is a great resource to support my belief that he is THE greatest rock singer. What a range! And so fun to listen to all these great clips strung together.
