Well with other examples of cockney slang, such as Dustbin Lid, Put it there if it weighs a ton, **** Bird, etc, I'm not so quick to write off lyrics that I don't really get right off the bat...Not saying this is another example of that...but I never knew the examples I threw out there were and I felt silly after finding out there is something legitimate to their meaning (although Dustbin Lid is still a tough one to swallow...LOL)

What was the word they censored? Black?

No I think it may be something that rhymes with hickey bird, cockney slang for "word" from "She's Given Up Talking. Or Tom **** and Harry to get the word...

That's the word/song in question - I never even noticed that got censored...I just posted on the run...LOL

        Can we mention **** Clark?

I should have remembered that - I participated in a thread about celebrities who passed away down in the 'Talk more Talk' forum and had this very issue when **** Clark's name was mentioned after his passing

Well I guess the code should be Richardy Bird and Richard "D" Clark the radio and TV Personality.. 😉

Nope! Not Dick Butkus either, or Dick Cheney!

                  They allow "Butkus," though?
