As it's already 20 November in Japan where Paul and Nancy are now-I was hoping this is the proper place to place a genuine, honest-to-goodness English sonnet what-I-writ in honor of the inspiration for Paul's "New" music. Wishing Nancy the lovely birthday that she deserves, omedeto as they say in jolly old Japan! ) LADY McCARTNEY'S BIRTHDAY SONNET To the flint and fuel, for the fire that's New, For his lucky-day come-along life-song, To his rain-or-shine valentine, thank you !!! Ecce, hosanna, good on ya, well done. Three cheers for his chain-breaking key-finder, gave our lovely ,left-for-dead Lazarus CPR-without-P.R.; receiver brave, of his alligator... (hazardous !) True nick-of-time rock for our rocker, may God bless you both on the road you take. Hail to his wine-sweet, whine-free liberator as you bolster and boost your "Babycake" !! Though receiving this ode is rather chancy - Happy Birthday to Paul's Lady, - Nancy !!
