Live 8 wristbands

I'm dying to get one of those wristbands the artists (including Paul) were wearing during the event... does anyone know where I can get one? I tried Ebay but I'm skeptical about the authencity, since I know many of them were fake. Also tried the official Live 8 website, but they don't have them. HELP!!

man I constantly wear 3 .. one Lance Armstrongs .. who started the whole braclet thingy.. one for Breat Cancer awareness and education and one of Hope.. I would like a Linda McCartney one also.. there are alot of fakes out there.. and they are NOT to be made for profit.. but too support a cause..

Oxfam sells them. You can also go to www.live8live.com and go through to the merchandise site and maybe buy one there as I know they were selling them at the shows. DO NOT BUY THEM ON EBAY!!!!!!!

The official Live 8 website/store does not sell the wristbands.
I'd love to get a Linda McCartney one but they're out of stock now. -

I got mine last year; before they made silicon ones; mine's a fabric one and I prefer it to silicon.

And I don`t think they were made in sweatshops, the conditions just were not as great as they should be. Still, if you want to believe the Daily Mail because it fits in with your agenda.....

Not entirely true as Oxfam was not the only one involved and in fact, hid the information for four months. Most stayed with the original manfacturer with the promise that conditions would get better by six months....it came to light at the end of May, even though Oxfam knew about it back in January. The majority of bands had already been shipped and sitting in stock, so a lot of good it did.

Not entirely true as Oxfam was not the only one involved and in fact, hid the information for four months. I know there was another charity involved but I can't remember who they are. I didn't know Oxfam KNEW. That's completely hypocritical of them, not only because it's Make Poverty History, but also because their stores sell Traidcraft and other fair trade stuff (I go there for my teabags!!).
