I'm fine. I just got some bad news though... Dogs... don't care much for them.
Yeah, they can be a real pain sometimes. Especially the ones who like cookies.

While I was in NY, I had told Svenn that I'd look into getting some of those "black and whites" cookies to send to him. Let's just say, that I found out the hard way that Tux likes black and whites as much as I do. : Long story, but I had a dozen cookies intended for Norway (3 boxes of four each) and one box........well, as I've said those cookies are SO f'ing good!! 
ops: : And then yesterday, Tux took another box OUT OF THE PACKING BOX that was closed (but not sealed 
, so Svenn will end up with 4 cookies instead of 12. : And yes, I've already mailed them, so he doesn't end up with 0. : ops:I know what should be my next sig line: "I'm lost, but maybe that's the safest place to be."
Only four cookies for me... I could have had 12. I will not forget about this... maybe I'll send you come brown cheese and then you could give them to Tux. That would be one hell of a revenge! Revenge?!?!

Not much "work" going on today, I saved today for "Christmas shopping"
: Gotta buy Christmas cards, some Christmas tree decorations and some gifts....*sigh* It's going to be loooooooooooong day...I never know which presents to buy. Ideas, anyone? :I always have a hard time with that, too, and don't have any advice to offer, other than to suggest maybe some 'baked' gifts for at least some of the people on your list. You seem to like cooking/baking and those are usually appreciated by most people.

Haven't found anything today, as I thought : Of course I saw loads of stuff that I wanted to have for myself, so typical. : :Christmas is nothing but stress. But there is another way. A new holiday is born, a festivus for the rest of us!

I agree, the bread looks great! Too bad I live so far away from Portland.
It's easy to bake, a perfect activity to do while watching football...just a few minutes of "on hand" work and then the yeast takes over.

Svenn---have you seen the video of Katie Couric's interview with the three Billy Elliots and Elton John? The part where Sir Elton talks about why he did the stage version of the story will bring as many tears to your eyes, as the rest of it where Katie interviews those ultra-talented young boys. This one is much better: My dad is a huge Supertramp fan, and he said to me last weekend when I said that Angela was going to see the singer that even though he's no concert-goer, he would definitely go see Supertramp if they were touring!

My friends/family and I have a "no present pact", we all have enough "stuff" so we either donate $$ or toys to charities in each other's names. Musical Update #7 or something... I stopped counting really We did nothing. First, the teacher came an hour too late, Then, we had to play 'so what' by pink. Wich totally sucked. We didn't even play it... he searched the tabs and we studied. 1 line. Then, he was busy finding out the drumpart for the next hour. I played acoustic guitar. Just some other songs... Teacher got mad... I had to put my guitar away... And I'm kicked out again. Not because I played guitar, But there were too many kids in class. So I'm kicked out, and 2 other guitarists too. If there comes a 2nd band, we will be in that. First he said there were gonna be 2 bands, Then he said 1. Now he says 2... I don't know anymore!
Doesn't look like they are very organized or have a clear plan.
I'm also busy forming a band.... I planned to play some Rock 'n Roll, hippiemusic and other good music At least, I want these bands to be played: The Beatles, John Lennon, Paul McCartney (maybe Fireman), George Harrison, Queen, The Cats, The Jayhawks and we'll see what other songs we like. (Van Morrison - Brown eyed girl, Chuck Berry - Johnny B. Goode, U2 - Vertigo)
