THE NEW GLOBAL WINGS THREAD

Global Wings are a Beatle/Paul tribute band from all over the world...we combine the music, humor, jollity and the creative process that John and Paul were so keen to promote. Song links, and all forms of this creative process will be discussed here. It is all creation, it is poetry, it is humour, it is friendship. The Fans also create, and the interaction of the fans are also imperrative to the "feel good" factor that surrounds the GW's. MUSIC links are posted very regularly, and a wonderfully witty daily summary will be included so any readers can catch up on the creative party. Feel free to dip in and join the fun Anyone is welcomed here...it is a creative island. The thread topic encompasses all aspects of the Global Wings tribute band and the interaction between the fans. We feel this is a unique project, and aspires to everything that Sir Paul represents. I hope he would be proud of this particular project. The creation only works because of the bond between fans and band, and as such needs to be kept within one thread...otherwise the catalyst is gone, and the creative process breaks down. The GW's also write material, and this is also aired in this forum for critique. The fans also contribute lyrics from time to time for the GW's to add music. It is a creative hotpot and a splendid time is guaranteed for all! IT IS CHAOS & CREATION... THIS IS ALL ABOUT "WHAT YOU'RE DOING"..... GAME ON.... MOD EDIT

Not meaning to pry....but why was the other Global Wings thread shut down? Btw, I've thoroughly have enjoyed everybody's work, from the songs, to the videos, and all the creative (as well as humorous) photo cropping. As far as the songs go, I've listen to them both for sheer entertainment and to use as a tool as I try to gain better timing learning to play guitar (it's been about two months for me). Thanks for everything.

We were told we were going off topic by chatting, being humorous, being creative and friendly when we were just a music Paul/Beatle tribute band. Now we encompass much more than that, we are a creative thread in it's own right from tutoring to just laughing and listening.. very much What You're Doing... Just as indeed the Beatles were.....

People FORGET the Beatles were a creative product rather than just a band...remember Johns In His Own Write.... Well, now we can create and encompass all those on this therad...and ya know....we WON't be going off topic.....
