Hi! I need some help with the pre-sale tickets for Santiago de Chile concert (April 21st 2014) please. I've tried to buy pre sale tickets, but when i enter my email the website returns to me the following message: "Oops! It looks like that email address isn?t eligible to buy pre-sale tickets. Please double check the spelling and that you entered the email address you used to register with the website." I'm already sign up on the website, so i don't know what can i do. What's the problem? How can i buy pre-sale tickets?? Please help. Thank you. Best regards.

I am sorry to tell you that only users who were registered on the site as of 9pm (local time) last night are eligible for pre sale tickets.
