OK. I'll start with one. At twelve on a school bus many days. We stomped our feet and clapped our hands singing we will rock you! Our bus driver had music. So much fun.

When I was 15, I had a 16 year old girlfriend. She used to buy me affectionate cards all the time! ...very sweet and very cool... I remember riding in the back seat of a friends car with her on the way to taking her home. It was a beautifully warm summer night and all four windows were down. The smell of late summer clover and crops and flora filled your senses as the air came flowing into the windows with a big beautiful full moon to gaze at. She had straight slightly longer than shoulder length black hair with bangs and a creamy white peach complexion and beautiful sparkling eyes. She had a whitelaced top on which glowed in the moonlight. Light My Fire by The Doors was playing on the turned up radio and you could hear the deep rocky sound of the tires going over the gravel in the background as we wound our way to her house. She was soft spoken yet strong and pretty as an angel. What a beautiful summer it was!

when I was 17 , My girl friend and i stayed at my uncle's house and turned on the alarm , baby sat the dogs to KhJ radio. The alarm went off. The first thing we heard was Good morning this is John Lennon. Since we just woke up we jumped up looked around the room at first thinking we're dead. My Uncle said no boys in the house while they were away..We were so glad John was on the radio that day instead. love doris

Awe I wish this was like facebook and I had like buttons for those tells. So sweet. I remember going to what we called the WEBN fireworks with my then Bo. The first time I had gone to it. There were so many people and so many people I saw from school we kept running into too. I was still so young and wasn't used to really getting out on like a date. He held my hand through the crowd as we sqweezed through them all. At the time they sold beer. I got some too even though I was a minor. We manage to walk up to a bridge and climb underneath and people were trying to get up where we were by climbing straight up the wall they kept sliding down. We laughed so hard at them til the police chased us off. We have a massive display of fire works here on the river. Have been doing it for years. Boats all up and down the river. It was a big deal for us.

Mine is a bitter sweet story.. When I was just 14 yrs. old I met a young man that made a big impression on me. He had such a love of life and was so funny and fun to be around too. It wasn't too long after meeting him that we heard he had died in an awful car wreck! I was so sad..but it made me realize that none of us know when our time might come to an end.. so enjoy whatever time you have. RIP~ Leo

Well, my Dad died of a massive heart attack right after I turned 12 years old, and I moved out on my own 3 dayz after I turned 17 years old. So it was pretty much a blur of interesting events.

Ha Ha no words. Actually I was at Baptist church camp. One morning we went to the flag pole to say the pledge. The pastors underwear were on the pole instead of the flag. Then once a really well known person stepped up to pay my canteen because my parents forgot to give me the money. A whole twenty dollars. I flipped. You know how many candy bars you can buy with twenty?

I wish I were a teenager during those years. I would have loved it. I was still very young. I listen to the music now that was popular then.
