Paul McCartney 2013 Rumours
-
I think he played Edinburgh with the Beatles at one point and a couple of times with wings but since wings disbanded he's only played Scotland twice and that was Glasgow

No rhyme or reason to it but you given that he's played in London 4 times since December last year i dont think there will be any dates around Christmastime in the UK as i say no real thinking to it other than a gut feeling.
I'd love it if he'd do a Christmas show in Chicago!

We would LOVE a concert close to Christmas in Philly!
New York would work for us as well!

Are you all talking Christmas 2013??

Actually, the December show was the only major one for the regular fans to see. The one for the Teenage Cancer Trust was something Paul was meant to do last year, but couldn't, and so promised to do this year. I wouldn't count the jubilee and Olympics because they were both almost impossible to get tickets for AND they weren't full Paul concerts. I reckon he should stick to the Europe/UK Christmas trend (Including Denmark!) and maybe do the US next year and consider some countries he hasn't ever been to or hasn't been to for many years. If I were an Aussie Macca fan I'd just be so... heartbroken.

Going by last year it was in October that the tickets went on sale for his winter tour, so if not heard by early November, then probably nothing til 2013?

dcshark:
He's played in Toronto, Montreal and Winnipeg, but never in Ottawa, which is the capital city of Canada.
calicoskych2001:
Paul has performed several times in Zurich and once in Montreux but never in Berne.
He could do a few concerts in capital cities he's never been to. So far we've got three of those: Brasília, Ottawa and Berne.

I'm plenty wrong most of the time
so i hope my trend continues but and i agree with Martin on this I think Paul will stick around for the Para Olympics so assuming that happens they'll keep him occupied till mid September say for arguments sake, the isnt there supposed to be an album early next year?has it been recorded yet? and then we're promised the new minty fresh tour for next year..questions,questions. And then we come to the Beatles 50th anniversary surely Paul would want to do something for that surely i find it baffling if he didn't to be honest (see i'm twisting myself around now)
Either way for myself i really hope he does do the December tour in europe and no i dont care that his voice isnt the tour de force it once was its Paul and for my money he's always worth seeing.

he said they would make it up for cancelled shows at HORSENS, i believe the statement, i think some time in september, then more shows in euro since they are already there, after that it is anybody's guess
:
do you think that alot of city"s or states want PAUL to play ? besides us fans
:
I THINK SO

Judging from how quiet things are in the McCartney camp, I think it is needed!

Actually, the rest of the band is back in the US after the olympics...minus Paul and Wix of course.

Paul will not play Horsens this year since it's an outdoor stadium. Any European dates will probably not happen until late spring next year.

naw...don't think so. Maccareport... August 15, 2012 -- New York Post Page Six Paul sighting in NYC Sir Paul McCartney leading a standing ovation at Woody Harrelson's new play, "Bullet for Adolf." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- August 13, 2012 -- New York Post Page Six Paul twists, shouts for Apollo Sir Paul McCartney took to the stage at a star-studded Hamptons benefit for the Apollo Theater and admitted it was the legendary Harlem venue and the music it inspired that made The Beatles to come to America. McCartney - fresh from playing to an estimated 900 million people at the London Olympics opening ceremony - joined a superstar lineup at Ronald Perelman's Creeks estate in East Hampton on Saturday night. Speaking of the Apollo, McCartney told an intimate crowd of New York power players, "Where would we have been without you? In Liverpool, we [The Beatles] would have stayed there."

Oh yes! Forgot about the apollo show! You're right
