Great to know! Thanks for the information. I just read that Billie Piper (Rose Tyler) is quitting the show, though. That's too bad because she does a good job.

I've heard rumors that Rose will actually be killed off in the final episode of series 2. Then again, I've also seen that that story will involve Torchwood, so maybe she'll run off with Captain Jack.

Apparently the last episode will be called Doomsday. Have you seen the comedy version of Dr. Who with Rowan Atkinson as Dr. Who? He keeps changing several times during the episode, of course. One of his incarnations, transmorgrafacations or switcho-change-o fiendish thingys is...Hugh Grant! LOL!! It's a scream!

Where in the Land of Enchantment are you, howlaround? I was just there and I didn't see you. If you always dress like you do in your avatar...I think I would've seen you.

I'm in Albuquerque; that's my Kazoo Fairy outfit I'm wearing (with Nick Rhodes' [from Duran Duran] Mini Leader action figure on my shoulder).

Ah yes "The Curse Of Fatal Death"! Written by the same guy who's written episodes for the new series.

Was it just me, or was the last Dr Who "Love And Monsters" the worst ever?! Man, I think they were trying for comedy, at least it could have been funny. Plus the Dr and Rose I think were only in it for about 5 minutes. The only great thing was the kid designed the monster...I thought "Who Confidential" was better than the show. I think the funniest thing was the kid was a bit disappointed because the monster he designed was supposed to be the size of two double-decker buses. I thought the kids drawing had alot more heads. I hope it goes back to a regular show next week. Podgie (Ex-seem-a...it's much worse) Monkey

Its always funny reading different opinions from fans. Love & Monsters was one of my favourite episodes. It was probably more a one off drama than an actual Doctor Who episode. I can't believe Marc Warren is more than 10 years older than me - he looks much younger.

In the same way that the sub-plot of the 'wolf' ran throughout Season One - the Torchwood concept is being developed throughout Season Two. I'm looking forward to all that offers unfolding. Martin

Great city! Are you The Kazoo Fairy? What songs do you do on the kazoo? Do you take requests?

And next week, we finally visit Torchwood itself! Looks like quite a climax is coming!

Here's the official announcement of Rose Tyler's replacement: http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/news/companion.shtml New companion is revealed. Newcomer Freema Agyeman will play the Doctor's latest companion, Martha Jones. Doctor Who fans have already met Agyeman as Adeola in episode 12 of the current series of Doctor Who but, as viewers will have seen last Saturday evening, this character suffered a terrible fate at the hands of the Cybermen. Freema will be playing a brand new character in series three. Executive producer/writer Russell T Davies says: "The search for a new companion had been underway for some time when I first saw Freema Agyeman, she had come in to audition for the part of Adeola in series two. "Watching her during filming confirmed what an exciting new talent she was, so under cover of darkness we called her back in to audition with David for the role of the new companion. "It was an immediate and sensational combination, and her range, presence and charm blew us all away. "David and Freema are terrific together, and we're delighted to have chosen her to join the Doctor for more adventures in time and space. "The first scripts have been written, and Martha's a brilliant addition to the TARDIS crew, the perfect foil for the Doctor. "Martha won't be featured in this year's Christmas special; we've got another surprise in store for that." Freema Agyeman says: "I've been keeping this secret from my friends for months - it's been driving me mad! "Auditioning with David in secret down in Cardiff was unbelievable, but I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd actually become the new companion. "Billie rightfully built up an amazing fan base and she will be missed, but I hope the fans are willing to go on new adventures with me. "It still hasn't quite sunk in, I'm sure it will slam home first day on set when I'm stood gazing at David Tennant!" David Tennant adds: "Freema was a joy to work with in episode 12 of the current series. She is not only very talented and very beautiful, she's great fun and I'm delighted she's coming on board the TARDIS full time. "I can't wait to welcome her into the Who family." Freema Agyeman is 27 years old and was born and brought up in London. A new 13-part adventure and Christmas special begins filming in Cardiff in the summer for transmission on BBC ONE.
