Phone numbers that start with 0570 cannot be called from outside Japan. I tired to contact Kyodo last year calling the number on their website, but could not reach. I do not live in Japan and there is no way to contact Kyodo for people like me. They do not have e-mail address for inquiries and phone numbers available to those outside Japan.

I'm sorry to here that.. did you manage to get tickets? This is the strangest pre sale I've ever done.. Some friends from Japan said you buy tickets blindly, meaning... You can't choose seat location just by price,..?
not a great way to sell tickets me thinks... With Crowd Surge you kinda had a choice... but that wasn't great either..Yeah, I, myself, used Crowdsurge and got floor seat tickets, which are not the greatest but much better than nosebleed and rear end of the floor, because I knew what Kyodo and Ticket Pia would do. But many people who had expected to good or so so seats through Pia's blind sales found where their seats are disappointed and angry. Only way they can do is go to the venue with the tickets or sell them under the face value as the payment is completed and no refund policy is agreed when purchasing. Japanese OUT THERE Facebook page is full of complaints on Pia and Kyodo's way of business.

I have an official Macca page n have Tokyo pinned to the top,.. https://www.facebook.com/groups/paulmccartney2/ That is so upsetting, I'm in B stands 2nd deck 2nd night, for the 23rd & 27th I have no idea. Not until I get to the venue,.... a very crappy set up for this leg or the tour, and fans buying blind like that... Ugh!!

Hi Davey, Crowdsurge provided this basic seating plan: https://assets.crowdsurge.com/VenueImages/pm-kyocera-osaka.png?v10 It looks like they didn't have tickets in every section, so it's not complete, but it has Lower 19 on it. Hope that helps! Cheers, Andrew.

. Do you know your seats?????I did not win the lottery for the VIP package but managed to get one for Osaka show from the left-over sale Feb 21st. So I won?t be able to know about seat # until I get a ticket at the entrance
. I wish I could have bought another one for the last show in Tokyo. But I guess I should not be too greedy at this point. I am just keeping my fingers crossed for an extra show (hopefully a much smaller venue), which they did add the past 2 Japan Tours. Koichi -

When I went for Tokyo shows next, all of dates were sold out. Though I kept on clicking the purchase page for nearly next one hour and ticket sale were on and off periodically, I could not get one and gave up

konichiwa Japan!! Took 20hrs to get here including customs and Transco into Tokyo.. Went to Giants game Saturday night,..' slept 3 hers.. off to SJ at 7amnSunday morning, got to hotel 10:45pm Monday night....than lax,.. than Narita...
had to do a plane upgrade. W/Japan airlines,.. very nice... -
