i just recently found out (i always knew though) in the back of my mind i knew there are lots of other macca sites and chat groups on line, like 'maccachat.com' i think thats the one i looked in briefly. and saw there's hundreds of topics and thousands of replies and members. why dont they all come here & join in and get things more hopping, be at paul's own official special website online contributing, and go to the orginal source of the well & all that
: : why dont they all join here and chime in like a chorus of a thousand baby birds chirping for its paul macca, LOL why dont they write stuff here? all the vaste hordes of macca music adherents? no, it wasn't macca chat though i looked in there a min. too. that was peeps texting back and forth in'real' time right then. there was another i peeped into which was more of along the lines of this format. not too far off but with a blue background -
I was here but then had to deal with housework (a necessary evil), then get on with work & when I finally did get to be back here, my Dh was released from jury duty & took me to lunch.

why isn't pm on facebook? I realize there are imposters out there, that this forum protects against that - but fb is more fun! We can share more and is more up close/personal - I just like it better. It is very 'open' though and for that reason I have an alias for it - because I got tired of baby-sitters I hadn't heard from in 30 years and old classmates I didn't care to be in my stuff - in my stuff. commenting on my poems and pictures - what have you - so I deactivated and came back with an alias - so I can pick and choose who I want messaging me. I was on what I thought was pm fb then it dissappeared and some guy name Sebastian Beinik - an artist in Germany - was either pretending to be pm or just getting hits off fb for his own site from pm. It got weird. There has to be better control/security. I mean I am a 'regular' person and the 'open' forum was so 'out there' - I had to get an alias. I don't like the fact that people/anyone can put in your name and 'find' you. That is scarry. I don't want to be found unless I say it's OK - you know. Maybe that's part of why Macca isn't on fb wink '

I was here yesterday & then had to sign off & be with my family. Then when I tried to return earlier today, I was having the very devil of a time getting on. Something is wicked strange. Now I'm back & soon have to return to work once more.

I wasn't here because we spent a lovely afternoonwith our grandchildren. The best part was holding our 3 1/2 year old granddaughter & how pretty she's getting! Now I'm getting ready to sign off, as I think I'm going to make a lovely fruit salad for later on.
