My LapTop Crashed!!! : o

BIG time! My brother who fixed for a living, couldn't rescue it. So he handed it over to a retired real-life NCIS guy who fixed the computers for the Military to give it a go. He finally rescued it. Took four days, and cost me over $200.00!!!
But I got it back. (as you can see 
) Phew!!!!! All I did was hit one little button at the precise wrong time. Really. Won't do that again. But now I'm afraid of this "beastie"! -

Something hit my computer about a year ago now .... I can figure out a lot of things on the computer but that one stumped me good - it took another person and an additional computer of theirs to help me through it .... I appreciated their help ..... my other choice was to get rid of everything and start fresh ... the other person saved all my stuff .....
It is frustrating to go through that .... sorry for you and then glad that you got it back It angered me that there are people out there who want to ruin a strangers computer or cause a major problem .... and ruin things if the person has to start over and wipe out everything if they are not experienced
