It's funny you mention that - just yesterday morning I was watching a band called Yellow Matter Custard performing A Day in the Life on Youtube, and by last night it was pulled due to 'third party' bs. It was the only Beatles cover from that band (from what I could tell - didn't watch all their videos) that was band, regardless of whether they were primarily John, Paul or George songs Too bad as it was a nice cover

You Tube is littered with paid ads - I'm sure the reason has been to pay for song rights (and/or performance rights) - much like commercial radio. So another firm steps in to muddy the waters all the more - why(???) for MONEY - what they want!
