MERRY CHRISTMAS!

PLEASE REMEMBER There are thousands of hungry people who are going to the food banks for the first time in their lives. You can call your local food bank to see what items they still need... It tears me up to think of the children who may not have a Christmas dinner this year. When I dropped off my donation, the lady looked so exhausted, yet she was very very thankful for the food. They are very happy with whatever you can give. God Bless Us All

“And the Grinch, with his Grinch-feet ice cold in the snow,
stood puzzling and puzzling, how could it be so? It came without ribbons. It came without tags. It came without packages, boxes or bags. And he puzzled and puzzled 'till his puzzler was sore. Then the Grinch thought of something he hadn't before. What if Christmas, he thought, doesn't come from a store. What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more.”This Christmas may be different, but it is here .... and it came - I hope you all enjoy and make the best of it all the same.

A happy Christmas to everyone on this forum and their families. After a truly horrendous year, for those of us who recognise the real meaning of Christmas, there is always hope. We all depend on and need each other, so if you know someone who is going to be on their own, a simple phone call can remind them that someone cares. Desperate times often bring out the best in people, and my wife and I have experienced that this year. God bless you all.

Merry Christmas to all!

My crazy son-in-law took my daughter, the baby and his parents up to northern GA to see the snow! The temperature right now is only 30, so I hope they don't hit any black ice! At least they are in a vehicle that has 4WD.

My thoughts this Christmas are for all of the thousands who have a friend or family member sick with Covid this holiday season. I know they are praying very hard that their loved one live long enough to recover and get the vaccine. My heart also goes out to those who are without a job and those who are struggling to get toys and gifts for their families. Many prayers, thanks and blessings for the outpouring of love, kindnesses and giving from Americans coming together in this time of need. God Bless
