Numbers two and seven, they do have great television and the best accent in the world!
I was in Hallmark the other day and an Englishman popped in. He asked for my opinion on a purchase for his girlfriend which I gave. After he walked out of the store, I handed my card to the sales clerk and said "I could have listened to him speak all day!" She responded, "OMG, I know, how yummy was that? I was so jealous when he asked for your opinion!"
Less than a minute later, a woman walked into the store and said "Oh, I just chatted with a guy from England, he asked for directions, his accent was to die for!"

The accent is the best, as well as some great music ! I'm Surprised they didn't include the great castles, medeival buildings and historical places.

Because somebody said so, for their advantages at my expense? What anyone has for sale? Or what I can get in exchange for my obedience? Most all of these things are very tightly bound, in the hands of the very few, as a commodity. And The Queen is only a very lucky girl, but with familial compromises. And yet I do appreciate the nation's agreeable qualities, apart from my concerns. And I come from the U.S.A., and in my life I have been at odds with my country's government half the time. I think the best government is no government at all, and I never lump the people with their governments. The people are always the people, and usually of good heart and character no matter where they are from. The governments are too often contrary to their own 'stated intents'.

Queen Elizabeth is the second-longest reigning monarch in over 1,200 years according to The British Monarchy online.
Not anymore.

The present Queenie has now reigned the longest and Mary McCartney took her official photo! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3227071/Just-day-firm-record-breaking-Queen-Official-picture-released-day-reign-surpasses-Victoria-shows-monarch-hard-work.html No offense meant to her Royal Highness for the Queenie comment...sometimes I joke around too much... She's a very nice girl...

^^ The Queen is looking lovely! I have been at more than odds with my local government in the USA, but they do not represent the true nature of my beliefs, nor do they represent change of policies to strive in being one with the world for the Greater Good of Man/Woman Kind. Service to a country with higher ideals is an honor. Until a true Utopian society exists, order of some kind must be in place, or we have what is happening in the Middle East and Europe right now. The U.S. is in union with the U. K. in creating order out of chaos. I would think service to one's country is a heart driven choice or one need not do it. Queen Elizabeth has dedicated her whole life to serve her country, an amazing, unselfish achievement. Happy 63rd Anniversary to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Why we've never seen Alec Guinness and Jeremy Corbyn in the same room together. (couldn't resist stealing this from Audi) And I have no idea who Jeremy Corbyn is!

Agreed! Though I'm sure their health system has issues, as nothing is ever perfect, I can imagine it is lovely to not have to have the fear of worrying about paying for highly over priced prescriptions that you need to survive and the fear of losing everything if you get in a horrible accident or get severely ill and are slammed with huge medical bills.

I got extremely ill the day after I flew in for ELO in Hyde Park. Thankfully, I went to the emergency room had tests done, then a follow up visit a week later. When we left hospital, we were just walking out, it felt so bizarre, I insisted on going to the desk to pay. When I asked them how much did I owe, they looked at me very strangely
and told me there was NO CHARGE! Same thing with the follow up a week later... My jaw just dropped! Unbelievable!
