Could it be no one here is watching this extraordinary Ken Burns/Lynn Novick documentary? It's brilliant. Astonishing. Horrifying.

I chose not to watch. This was my youth and I lost friends in this war. I can't relive it. I lived it. I protested it after my friends began dying. Those I know who served and survived came home changed. No such thing as PTSD back then and how long did the veterans have to fight to get injuries from Agent Orange covered?

I have seen bits and parts of it. It is very heart wrenching to watch. It was a contemporary war that prompted many to declare war on the concept of violent war, itself.
