I have that practically every night around midnight or so! (I work 3-11 pm and sleep 3 am to 11 am or 12 pm) -

cinnamon raisin toast with butter for me, or toast and Nutella and bananas...... yummy

Butter, cinnamon and sugar on toast was a standard winter snack when I was a kid. We used to keep a jar of sugar and cinnamon already mixed, so all we had to do was butter the toast and sprinkle on the mix and watch it melt in with the butter, turning from light brown to dark. Simple things are always the best.

^ You should try it! Elvis used to have is mom grill peanutbutter .......and banana sandwiches for him. APPLE BUTTER ...Is Great...on toast!

I never heard of that combo either. PB & mayo & bananas. How about a dill pickle sandwich on bread with butter?
