I have voluntarily spent hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of hours studying life broadly and deeply and sharing my findings online. Some people tell me that I woke their brains and hearts up again. It makes me feel good!

Steve... You are very inspirational!!! You are one of The Peaceful Messengers of our Earth. We are lucky to have someone like you Peace and Love

As You Know, I Am E Pluribus Unum "One Of Many" I Have Had To Endure Circumstances In My Life That Made Me Realize How Overwhelmingly Important It Is That We ALL Get Together And Do The Same. OUR LIVES AS A WHOLE Is Exactly And Precisely WHAT WE AS A WHOLE...MAKE IT TO BE

I was watching that as well, did you hear the guy from the NY Times before him? He was depressing, saying Trump can pardon his son and others... WHAT!?!? Guess they never thought we'd ever have to face what we're facing The guy you are talking about really had an interesting spin on the CS club I'm going to get the book... Thanks for posting that link!

Presidents can pardon pretty much anyone for any federal crime.

There's a social media protest movement in Iran where women are wearing white headscarves instead of black or, even more sinfully, not wearing any headscarf at all. The woman who started it is in exile in the United States and has been threatened with death by Iranian media - because she wants to walk around without being covered from head to toe. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-40218711

The Wall Street Journal, which you'd assume would favor the wealthy, has a new article out ripping the Trump family to shreds over their actions and response to Russiagate and claims the Trump presidency will soon topple down largely due to that debacle ( other reasons apply too, of course).

Sounds like a hit job and a smear. Not very inspirational for a newspaper to do that to anyone who has not yet at this posting been charged with a crime. However if you put this in the political thread - you will probably get some Rah rah Rah's that you might be after.

I don't like to agree with fools, but I agree with this one. Trump is a horrible human being and deserves to face the consequences of his actions, but this topic is supposed to be inspiring stories. "Inspiring stories and good deeds by kind people" doesn't go hand in hand with Donald Trump.

Let this thread be a Trump free zone This is very heartwarming how the caring of one person and organization of a "go fund me" site, helped this poor man who was left on a corner by his mother. https://www.goodnewsnetwork.org/woman-changes-homeless-mans-life-stood-street-corner-3-years/ God bless this woman, and all who helped him out....

This is done in the US, to help pay off college loans...it's quite a good time to do something like this, especially while you are full of all the ideologies of college are still fresh, and the real world has not started bashing away at you, yet. Too bad there's not a refresher course, of those ideologies for bosses and for workers, later in ones working career. Saw this story...while it may have been dangerous, I applaud this guy...or even when other customers jump in too. We've seen this spirit on hijacked airlines as well. People power...we have the power to make this a better world!!! Don't stand by silently when you see racism in action, bullying, women or children being mistreated... They need you to and are waiting for you to speak out...it's in your power to speak out and act against bad behavior!! http://www.bbc.com/news/video_and_audio/must_see/40707699/cctv-shows-starbucks-customer-tackling-armed-robber

** about the last video in Starbucks Years and years ago at a business place: A worker got shot because he refused to give a robber with a gun $48. Another fought for $12. While that was a heroic moment - A wrong move could be his life. I was told if they want the money - And they have a gun aimed at you - Give it to them ... Help them carry A heavy object if they wanted that, Just don't get shot over what ever money (usually $100 or a bit more). Just be safe - it isn't worth your life.

Yes, it's all true. Two men were recently killed by a deranged man who was harassing a Muslim woman on a train. The man had surprise on his side. If one other person was there with another chair, they could have knocked him out. I was in a foreign country with a friend, it was obvious the guy hanging at the bottom of the stairs was planning to mug us. We made a quick plan to seperate right before we got to him, for intimidation. We also planned what we'd do, if that didn't work ...my friend would grab his arms and I would try and knock him out with my heavy handbag, if he made any moves...Luckily he was intimidated with plan A. Whew... There's a few books The Complete Worst-Case Scenario Survival Handbook... It makes you aware of things you can do in disasterous scenarios... https://play.google.com/store/books/details?id=FakEj2yowaoC&source=productsearch&utm_source=HA_Desktop_US&utm_medium=SEM&utm_campaign=PLA&pcampaignid=MKTAD0930BO1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIr8eF-eaj1QIVHVcNCh0GAQFQEAQYASABEgLQTPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds&dclid=CNqj-IXno9UCFVgENwodhTsAxQ

This is pretty inspiring, a homeless man found money...bought pillows and blankets...and then returned them to give money to a man who needed medicine for his daughter

I don't have pictures or video for this right now. The good stories of people helping people Due to the hurricane (And it continues) ... The effort and the above and Beyond ... That shows who some people are when they need to be. Thoughts to all going through all this now. Be safe and to a speedy recovery.

Natural disasters bring out the best in people. After the 9.0 earthquake in 2011 that took out the Fukushima nuclear power plant, and the enormous tsunami that killed 15,000 people, the Japanese put their political opinions and all the other man-made BS aside and worked together to rescue survivors, help their neighbors, keep children safe, save cultural treasures and rebuild. It was all very impressive to watch.

One of my long time Beatles friends took it upon herself to fly out to Houston for afew days at her own expense to offer her help anywhere that needs volunteers doing anything.
