I do not watch the show ..... and won't interrupt your thread too long .... it is funny that you bring this thread up on the same day that a co-worker of mine suggested that I watch this show. I would have to "catch up" before I could add anything to this thread ...... Hopefully you get some good replies from those who do watch it as a regular show

Sometimes you get lucky by missing a great show the first time around. - you get to watch it all at once. (I watch too much tv, and never get so lucky.)

Good to see you here today I saw your posts the other day too but had to leave before saying (writing) anything. I hope things are going good for you. I changed my cable/ satellite and have more options to see shows like this .... I plan on trying to see a few choices when it gets cruddier outside and I can watch them without feeling like I am missing anything outside. *and I have been enjoying Playoff baseball ..... I know you must be too -

Love the show. I also thought that the season 3 premier was good. If you have not seen the show or aren't caught up, they do have the first 2 seasons on Netflix. If we get this thread on track, it would contain spoilers for those who haven't seen the latest. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Daryl is the farmer-dad right? He is my favorite.*Spoiler* But we kinda all knew he was going to be a victim sooner or later. I was told that the ending was going to be epic. It was good, not great. The word "epic" is often used out of context nowadays.

That's right, thanks Johnathan. ***Spoiler***I wonder what the background story is on the people inside the prison. They seemed to have weapons. How did they survive that long if they were inmates?

Just watched episode 3 of new season. I freaked out during the part when Herschel was getting revived. I thought that lady was going to get her face eaten for sure. On the bright side, that was the most action he's probably had in years.

Yeah, this past week was MUCH better than the premier. I like the logistics part of the show. Meaning, I think it's cool that they have "this area" that is safe- and "that area is still unexplored. (hope that made sense) And Daryl is just a kickass character!
