Dr. Beatle, I don't think you have to worry about your seating. At least I'm trying NOT to, lol... The sound will be excellent no matter where we are. As far as viewing the stage, well, I got arena tickets for the Puerto Rico show in 2010. I'd never sat in arena but if there was ever an occassion for that, it was my first Paul McCartney concert; I was in row 10, I believe. Even there, I missed some things happening onstage. I kept looking at those who were the same distance from the stage but had some elevation, and I thought 'well, that's what I'll do next time!'. Which is now! I hit 'post new reply', instead of new thread, for this answer. I hope that all previous answers don't show up in my reply Anyway, it's onward to Fenway now! Woo hoo! I try not to look at the setlist, but boy, is it hard... Cheers!
I'm sure you're right! I've seen countless games at Fenway and sat just about everywhere in the park and they've all been good since it's so small. I just don't want to have speakers or video equipment/stage bits blocking my view is all I'm sure it'll be fine...I tried to get the end of the dugout closer to the home plate side than the outfield side for that very reason.

Got my Seattle tix 6 weeks ago.
yeah; are those Crowdsurge or Ticketmaster?
Crowdsurge
CrowdSurge first has to receive the tickets from the venue. Tix usually come about 10 days before the show; they will then send you an email saying that the tickets have been dispatched to you. Look for a slip in your mailbox you usually have to sign for them if you are getting them via USPS. If you don't receive them two weeks prior to the show, contact them. In the rare event that the tickets are getting to CrowdSurge late, let me share what happened for the Houston, TX show last November. Minute Maid Park didn't send out the tickets to CrowdSurge's US office in a timely manner and no one was going to receive their tickets at their home address in time. Crowd Surge arranged for everyone to pick up their tickets at Minute Maid Park at the will call window a few days prior to the show OR on the day of the show. Just have to have the credit card you got them with and your confirmation email. Don't worry!

I wrote to CrowdSurge this morning, and I got a response in 5 minutes (!). And I quote... "We can confirm the tickets for this event [Fenway] are being processed and will be dispatched within the next couple days. Once your order has been sent, you?ll receive an email confirmation from us." So, if today is the 17th, and they're sending them within the next couple of days, I'm hoping to get the email confi.rmation by Friday 21st... at least that's what I'm hoping for. Does anyone know if the tickets get sent from England or from the US?

Crowdsurge tickets for the Ottawa show were airmailed from Montreal and JUST arrived (that show is on July 7).
-
Just received an email from CROWD SURGE saying my tickets for the Fenway show have been dispatched! I suspect I will receive them in a few days.
-
Great! I can't believe the show is only 19 days away!!!!!

I also got my confirmation email from CrowdSurge this morning. I can't wait to open up the mailbox and have the tickets in my hands! I've been wondering for the past weeks whether Paul will do something special for Boston, in light of the recent Boston Marathon tragedy. Personally, I think he should play "Magneto and Titanium Man", a super hero song for all the Boston Strong audience If I ever hear that song live you will hear me scream a million miles away. And, since it's so close to July 4th, shouldn't he also play Birthday? Maybe play the song in his US dates for July? Anyone wanna venture whether we'll get a special treat?
-
Forgot to add in my previous post... Paul did play Birthday on the Colbert Report last week... maybe a sign of things to come in July! Please PLEASE! That was such a wonderful interview, btw. Don't ask me how many times I've seen it

I've been wondering if he'll do anything special... maybe he'll put some of the victims right up front for the show... or maybe just sing a special song... I'm sure something will be mentioned though. And I just got the confirmation email yesterday also... Ive never gotten tickets so late before! Also, has anyone gotten any info about the silver and gold packages/soundcheck? I'm still waiting on that also. So exciting! I hope I sit next to some cool people in row 3 center!

Well, today is Tuesday, two weeks before the concert. I haven't received my CrowdSurge tickets yet but I did get my confirmation email last Thursday. CS says to contact them if you don't have the tickets two weeks before, so... if they're not in my mailbox today, I'm asking them. t /t
