And I got my pre sale tickets yesterday. Two weeks before the concert. Perfect!

For those who have seen concerts at Fenway before, will they enforce the noise curfew? They used to do that in some of the clubs on Landsdowne that used to be there before they closed them down and House of Blues moved in. Just asking to decide whether I just drive in or risk taking the T...

Regarding the start time that was discussed earlier in this thread, I emailed Fenway Park about the 6:30 start time that's on the tickets and they replied: "Thank you for your e-mail. The start time of the show is subject to change, but he is currently scheduled to go on at 7:30 PM." So this may answer the question concerning the curfew. Looks like it will be enforced. Every other Macca show I've been to he starts no earlier than 8:30pm. Hopefully it will be dark for the Live and Let Die number. Regardless, it's gonna be hard to see the video screens while it's still light out.

THey absolutely enforce the noise curfew. Last time the show started while it was still light outside and Paul started exactly on time. I'm guessing this time the same thing will happen. We were lingering around before going to our seats on the first night and heard him start Drive My Car because we didn't quite believe that it would start on time.

Thanks for the info, guys!

Lurking through another thread, I read that Paul played 'Ram On' per request from the audience in Vienna last night! Anyone lucky enough to score grass seats at the Fenway show - care to shout it out to him or make a sign so he can sing it for us too? How amazing would that be

When Paul played Fenway recently, he went on exactly at 8 p.m. both nights so he could beat the noise curfew.

The Fenway Bleacher Bar (restaraunt)is open to the public with a partial view of the field for baseball Does anyone know if they are open for concerts- OR sound checks?
-
I'll be in the third row center, anyone have any ideas of signs that I should make? I've never brought a sign before and I only want to hold it up at a key moment so I won't bother the people behind me. I'm also going to soundcheck. Any requests? I saw the Ram On request...

Hi BluBugBlu, wow, you're so lucky to have such great seats! You will love being up close to the band! I was in the 20th row at his Christmas show in London during the "Good Evening" tour. It felt so surreal watching the man sit so close to you behind his piano and sing all those songs. If you don't mind, could you please please make the Ram On sign? In the past, when Paul brought out his ukulele and started telling the story of George, fans would hold up the sign and he would play it for them. It's my birthday this week and this concert is a little birthday party for myself and a couple of good friends. Hearing Ram On live would be the ultimate icing on the cake

I'm getting so excited for the show! I'm just hoping and praying the rain holds off that night!
