When I try to get pre-sale tickets, I get the followng message: "Oops! It looks like that email address isn?t eligible to buy pre-sale tickets. Please double check the spelling and that you entered the email address you used to register with the website." But I've registered five times now. What am I doing wrong?

With each pre-sale or cluster of pre-sales comes a main site registration deadline for pre-sale participation eligibility. Having just registered at the main site, you have missed the pre-sale registration participation deadline and therefore you are not registered to participate in the currently available pre-sales. :sad: You have indicated that you have "registered five times now." Have you received the registration confirmation e-mail and followed the instructions within that correspondence? If so, you should now be registered at the main site and able to participate in tomorrow's pre-sales and others that may follow. Anita; Thanks so much! That explains it. I was trying to test the pre-sale feature on another venue to see if I was ready for tomorrow. I understand what you've explained and hopefully will be ready to go tomorrow morning.
