Thank you Paul and the Beatles!

I wanted to get a message to Paul to let him know that The Beatles helped to save my innocence and to return joy into my life when I was 14 years old. The sadness began on November 22, 1963 when President John F. Kennedy was Assassinated. I was devastated. I was a young Catholic girl, was proud of our young Catholic president and became interested in politics for the first time. It was an exciting time for me until that day in November when I truly lost my innocence and I knew for the first time what evil was in the world. I also learned for the first time what it felt like to be depressed. Then came 1964 and I heard the Beatles for the first time on radio in January or February and I fell in love with Paul McCartney like so many other young girls. More importantly, I felt joy again. I am now 64 years old and am still in love with Paul McCartney even though I've been happily married for years. I have no interest in participating in the social media scene. It is just not my thing and this will be the only post from me on this website. I just had to try to reach out somehow to The Beatles to let the surviving members know what impact you had on my young life. THANK YOU PAUL MCCARTNEY!
