A few years back, I wrote to Paul and asked him to come back to the Hollywood Bowl where I had seen him appear with Steve Miller and Alan Parsons for a charity concert one late March eve. Anyway, I'm sure that Paul really does read his mail, because last year he did indeed kick off his tour in LA at the Hollywood Bowl. I felt so honored to have had a dream come true, impossibly perfect tickets- the experience of a lifetime to see Paul McCartney perform in concert! Let me say, Sir Paul was in top form, playing for three hours without intermission with a brilliant track list of treasured favorites. Thank you again, Paul, for giving a kid from Mayfair a chance to enjoy your music at such a wonderful concert! Signed, A Beloved Fan lol
