CrowdSurge tickets for Canadian shows
-
I bought 3 tickets this morning for the Ottawa, Canada show through CrowdSurge this morning. I didn't think anything of it, but now I'm a bit concerned. I am used to dealing with Capital Tickets (local) or Ticketmaster (national). Am I going to have any trouble with the tickets when I get to the venue? I just don't want to show up and be told that the tickets are not valid. Has anyone bought tickets for a Canadian show through CrowdSurge before? Were there any issues?

I bought Crowdsurge tickets for the Vancouver show last year. No issues.

Don't worry, your Crowdsurge Tickets will be fine. They seem to be the company that handles the Paul fan pre-sale each time. I worried a lot about this the first time too - but there was no need. You should also know that they only send out the tickets a week or two (I forget how long exactly) before the show. That can be a bit nerve-wracking and nail-biting, but it always works out just fine. By delivering the tickets to us, the fans, shortly before the show it helps to keep these tickets out of the hands of the scalpers. Enjoy looking forward to the show.

no worries I bought tickets through Crowdsurge for Montreal in 2010. No problems at all. They will mail out the tickets two weeks before the show date. I used, in 2010 and will be using for the Ottawa show, the Xpresspost option. They will arrive quicker.

thanks for the replies everyone! Being my first time with CrowdSurge and not wanting to lose the tickets, I didn't even check the delivery option. They are being delivered regular Canada Post but two weeks is more than enough time to arrive I am guessing.
