Autographed 12 inch drum head... (this may sound dumb, but-- I don't know if I'd like Paul's face on the top of a drum.... anytime you pick up the drumsticks and start jamming would seem like you're hitting him on the head! lol Hopefully it's just a cover lol
You never would be hitting the front of a drum head.
Oh DOH I get it ... It's not covering the instrument part, it's like The BeaTles cover in front of Ringo as shown in photo below... (we figure out things eventually, lol)

If this is from Luxe west or premiere collectors, chances are its a fake. I know they sell a lot of drum heads.
They are currently selling a Led Zeppelin signed guitar for $14k that was made in 1982, two years after John Bonham died.... -

To me the signatures look like theirs, but could have been signed really quickly... who knows though. If they DID sign 1 drum cover a long time ago for charity, it would be really unethical of the dealers to make repros of it and sell it, trying to pass each copy as an original signature.

Nancy R, thought of you when I saw this one, lol Make the girl's hair a little darker in the photo and it could have been you! lol
(sadly auction items sold in 2007, so no longer available )

"...an original 8" x 10" image of The Beatles - circa 1963 - taken by Les Goode. Les was a photographer from the mid-Cheshire area and he took this particular shot at the Northwich Carnival (at the Memorial Hall) on Saturday July 6th 1963. After developing his images, he sent several off in the mail - including this one - to be signed by the boys. The photo has been beautifully signed to the back by John Lennon in blue ink. Someone else - quite possibly Neil Aspinall - then signed for McCartney, Harrison & Starr, presumably because they were not available at the time. At some time before the photo was returned to Les, Paul McCartney must have appeared on the scene as he has signed next to his secretarial signature, comically writing "This signature was forged ... signed Paul McCartney".

Thanks for the “To Nancy” Paul signature Leslie!
Judging by Paul’s hair/sideburns, that looks like it could be 1967, so I would have been 12 then. Would have died if I’d met him then (or any other time for that matter!) Lol!

You're welcome, Nancy! Yeah, I was thinking 1967 too. Hopefully one day you will get an autograph or greeting just for YOU. And wishing that for anyone who's always wanted one too!
