Were people that don't live in Japan able to get tickets for the shows last year?

If so, how did they buy tickets? Secondary / resale market? TIcket touts? pm.com ?

I would love to go but the lottery requries a Japanese postal code and also the language barrier makes it rather difficult to navigate the pages!

in 2017 we were able to buy pre-dale tickets through Pauls website with a code thar we were given. Hope this id the case again. Wasnt able vto get VIP tickets though as they were already sold via the Japan lottery before even pre-sale tickets were on sale. Hope it gets sorted soon, but no one seems to have any information

Thanks Gary. A pre-sale through pm.com seems fair, especially for the hardcore fans that live outside Japan who really want to try and go.

Fingers crossed for more info soon!

Hi Gary. In which section of Paul's website can one find the codes when they are published? Thanks

You give the website your email address when the link comes up and they send you the code. It doesnt look like they are doing it this year. I just heard from someone who lives in Japan that they just went into their local 47Eleven srore & bought them

I went to the Tokyo Dome show in April 2017.  I bought my ticket from one of those machines in 7-11, but that might not be an option where you live.  That lottery thing they did was kind of strange.  Even people in Japan used more traditional methods.

I was in China and bought the tickets in China.  It was maybe two weeks before the concert.  I don't really remember how far in advance I got the tickets.  A trip to Tokyo doesn't take much advance planning.

Has anyone been able to buy tickets for the Tokyo or Nagoya shows?

There is no English version for the tickets website, one has to make do with Google Translate.
And then, when you manage to kind of make sense of the multiple ticket release stages (fastest-pre reserve, secondary pre-reserve, preliminary lottery and pre-sale), you must register and create an account using a Japanese address and telephone number. Definitely not friendly to anyone not in Japan.

Now it seems all the pre-sales are over, yet it doesn't say when the general sale starts.

                          Anyone has a clue?

It seems that pia Japan is for person who have Japan mobile no. to register it only. When I go to watch concert in Japan, I always purcahse locally during public sales.

Paul's team is uploading short videos of his activities in Tokyo on Instagram Stories. One them includes a few seconds of "Coming Up" with horns from the soundcheck.

Unfortunately nothing new from Tokyo, same setlist. Just "All my loving" instead of "Can't buy me love".

At least I hope he had played "I don't know" during the souncheck.
