I have already called my CC and they put a note on my acct and already approved the amount I gave them for tickets. Because it will be crazy Thurs am, with all 4 concerts going on sale at the same time-I'm really concerned that TM will freeze or crash. If you alert your CC company, hopefully it will go more smoothly, in case something does happen. I would hate to hear about anyone losing tickets (including me) because of a CC snafu... I think this presale will be very hectic.... Just my PSA for all the fans!

If you use Crowdsurge you might want to pay with Paypal, at least if you are having credit card problems. The last time I used the fan (Crowdsurge) sale it wouldn't go through with my CC, evidently because it was considered a foreign transaction.

Me too. I lost a really good seat in Edmonton Canada in 2012 just because Crowdsurge did not like my AMEX. I believe that has happened with them twice. I don't know what their problem is. Seems really old school.

From Hollywood Bowl 1964 & 1966 to  NYC  Madison Square Garden 2017, 15 concerts so far.

I was also using AMEX. I never had that problem before with Crowdsurge.
