I needed to find a place to write this in hopes that Paul McCartney might see it. Yep, pie in the sky, I know. Anyway, my husband's name is also Paul and he has Parkinson's disease along with dementia. Sometimes he doesn't know who I am. We have been married for nearly 50 years. He told me the other night that he had no recollection of marrying me or who I am. It breaks my heart. But, music always seems to bring him back to me. Last night we watched James Cordon driving with Paul McCartney. It was so amazing! My Paul actually watched and made comments about our lives and the music that has always been a large part of it. He could look at me with love in his eyes when our favourite songs were sung. To share are this music again was like a miracle. We have been Beatles fans since their beginning. All of our children and grandchildren are fans as well. Anyway, thank you so very much for a magical evening! Marsha
