I heard Paul sing Michelle in Las Cruces NM and Boulder CO in 1993 and it is a great song.

It's over was friggin' fantastic, worth every penny to see him from the rail for this (almost) lifetime Macca fan! Feels like he's playing to just you 😉 Half joking as he does make a lot of eye contact. Will sort my pics and post the good ones here.

Just winding down at my accomodation after yet another fantastic show by Paul. I waited outside for over 6 hours in pouring rain and being herded around like cattle by security. But the great humour of the French fans kept me going. I met some lovely French people in the queue and after 30 years of disuse my schoolboy French roared back into life and I was cranking out wholE sentences in it. Security is very thorough - a good thing and no surprise given recent events here. I was soaked to the skin and once inside had a clear view of the stage from the centre of GA, around 5 or 6 rows back. So many highlights- the spontaneous performance of give peace a chance after the crowd started singing it and the local French singing the Marseillaise with real gusto after the UK & French flags appeared. As a Proud Scot and Brit, I turned round and spplauded them all. I'm a big Rolling Stones fan too and both they and Paul always seem to deliver an extra special performance here. I'm still on a huge, huge high. I wish I could put that high in a bottle and take it home. Thank you Paul and Merci Paris. One of my very best concert experiences in 30 years of going to concerts and I'll never forget it.

I see he did San Francisco Bay Blues in the soundcheck (for Shelley Lazar), but when he played the Bercy in 2011, he played it in the main set. That's an odd thing to do, and in Paris of all places.

True but lots of other songs that he wrote would have been better to me - lol.

Paul wasn't the one that started singing it. The crowd started singing it after "Here Today" so Paul and the band joined in AFTER the crowd started.

_________________________________________________________ Maybe that's the ticket to get Paul to do different songs especially Solo. The audience has to take matters into their own hands...start singing Put It There to the point that Paul and Band have to play it. What's the expression...where's there a will, there's a way.
