T-shirts sizes question

I was going to buy a Paul t-shirt. The last one I bought (2010 Up and Coming t-shirt Spotlight) was X-large but it fits tightly (I'm 6' 2'' and 200 pound man). Should I buy an XX Large of the Paul Foursquare shirt? It's only in XL now on Paul's store website. Does anyone know where I can buy an XL? Thanks for any help!
