Unable to get status of my order

I ordered cassettes last week (Friday). I have an order # but never received an email confirmation.
I emailed customersupport@shop.universalmusic.com asking for the status of my order but never received a reply. And there does not seem to be a phone # for any kind of customer service.
Do any of you have any ideas?

Are you sure that is the company? Not uDiscoverMusic.com?
