I don’t understand that article. The author calls Fuh You a dud and says that Elvis Costello saved the world from it and kept it private? What?!

He means Paul thought a certain song (that we've not heard)  he wrote that Tedder co-produced sucks so he left it off ES, didn't mean "Fuh You."  Paul isn't 100 percent right sometimes about what songs to include and what not to, he's too close to the material to be objective, or something. This unheard song might be dynamite. It'll get heard one way or another.  I think now and then of the 12 or so songs he had "left over" from the ES sessions and feel mad with curiosity wondering what they sound  like. Egypt Station songs are so good that it makes you think these "left overs" must be pretty doggone good.

The person who called "Fuh You"a big "dud" must not have listened to it enough...upon the first few hearings, I liked the song,  but didn't realize then  there was so much more to it that would make me love it, after more ear time. I did indeed come to love "Fuh You." It's a corker.

Sorry fellow Mac fans, but I fricking love, love, love, FUH YOU.  The song just explodes into my headphones; its fun; its loud; its a bit silly and risque; Paul's voice is simply amazing; the background noise is exciting; and, it ROCKS!!  Exactly what I want from McCartney.  And sorry haters, but in Austin, the crowd LOVED this tune.  Of the three songs from ES, Fuh You easily got the best response. Easily.

"If you want the Beatles, go see Wings"-George Harrison 1974

"This is for all the Wings fans!" - McCartney introducing "1985" for the first time on American soil (Phoenix 2010)

Thanks - reread it and got it - was just a confusing run-on paragraph! I love Fuh You too. Just wish he had titled it For You. Would have made the double entendre funnier even!
