Queueing for the concert
-
Hello,
I will be going to my 3rd PM gig this month, and will be going alone this time as no one is interested in queueing for the concert with me. I have bough tickets to the Golden Circle and are planning on getting to the venue early to get the best possible spot. Would anyone please share their stories on queueing for a PM concert? What time did you get there/how many hours before the concert? What happened once you got inside the venue? Did you get a good spot etc.
Thank you!

I've queued for the concert in Paris last time from 1pm and all I can say is that it's not really important.
People start to arrive just around 6pm before the venue open the doors. Until 5:30 it was just me, my wife and another guy who arrived around the time we got there (besides the venue security and logistic staff).
In my experience, if you want a close spot to the stage you can get there around 5pm and you will probably be in the first or second row. For this Freshen Up Paris tour I'm planning to arrive at 6pm when the doors open and to get a close spot to the stage. I won't queue again, especially when it's so cold and planned to be rainy in Paris during the day.
I hope it helps you Enjoy the show!

Also keep in mind the people who pay big money to stand behind a barrier at the end of the venue for the soundcheck in a champagne package will all get in before you.
