Help please regarding the 71-73 box set order :-(

Hi guys,
So sorry for posting this here. I am doing this because I really don't know where else to seek for help. I will be as brief as possible.
On 19th october I've purchased 71-73 box via the PMC web store. I got an eMail right away with an order number and payment confirmation. It said that delivery date was going to be 6th December (release date). All good.
Now, given that the shipping method is via ground, I was expecting an eMail from UMG confirming shipment yesterday or today, so it would make it for friday (shipping destination is Miami, FL). Since I didn't get such eMail, on monday I sent one to the UMG's CS, and no less than two days later (I am talking about two hours ago - late wednesday) I got a response from them saying that they don't have any order that matches my order number (very same order number found in their eMail copied and pasted to my inquiry, so no room for typos or mistakes). I responded immediatly with the print screen of the order and God knows when (or if) I am going to get a response (surely not before the release date, it seems). I can't believe this. Also, I can't log into my account on the music store and I get no password recovery eMail when I submit the form for it. Something wrong is going on.
I have also submitted a form on PMC's site (outside of UMG) and got no response either. Paul's PM's on Facebook is a bot. I really don't know what else to do, guys. No UMG phone numbers anywhere, no nothing. I have spent U$S 400+ and now I am worried about being out of that money and *out* of the box as well.
Once again, so sorry for posting this, I have been a member of this wonderful forum for nearly 10 years and this is not a common practice on my part at all. I just desesperately seek for help.

Wow. I don't have any suggestion, but I now am concerned for myself as well. I have similarly ordered the set from here, and haven't yet seen any email of a notice of shipping. I have the email confirmation from October 25th, as well can prove that they took my $436 at the same time. I haven't bothered yet to email them, but now I might.

Well, let's hope that they respond me with good news and I will post them here right away. I have paid via PayPal and there is a buyer protection but I really want the box. I am very worried but somehow I am confident that it must be a mistake on their part.
IHB, are you able to log in to the PMC/UMG Store account? I can't log in and neither I get the password recovery eMail.
Hopefully someone from Paul's / UMG team is reading and can lend us a hand.

I have the same experience with logging into the account. I tried a few days ago to log in, and it wouldn't let me, so I tried the password recovery email, which hasn't come. My experience sounds eerily similar.
I really debated getting this big box because of the price, but being the completist that I am, decided that I had to have the extra CD. So I will be very unhappy if there is some mistake and I do not get it.
Hopefully this all gets resolved in the next day or two for all of us.

Question: Did they already charge you guys? I can understand if you did PayPal (Sorry, but that was a big mistake for such a large purchase - did you contact them yet?) which is deducted immediately from your checking account (or did you have it set to charge a credit card?) I never order from Paul’s store because I’ve heard of people having problems in the past, plus they charge too much and they charge for shipping, don’t they? I use Amazon.com, udiscovermusic.com or Music Vaultz.com. Whoever has the best price. They all have free shipping. (I am getting the 1971-1973 set from Music Vaultz out of Canada for $360 U.S./$472 CDN)

I have paid via PayPal but using my funds instead of paying via bank or credit card. I did buy from udiscovermusic.com because that's actually Paul's media store partner. The box set should deliver today and it seems pretty unlikely, and the UMG CS seems to be close to non-existent. Should I not get the box tomorrow 7th, and against all my wishes, I will fill a claim on PayPal so I can get my money back and will purchase the individual boxes on Amazon, which is a shame because I really wanted the 71-73 box.
This is/was my first ever purchase on this site/UMG's store. I can only say that, up to this moment, I am pretty "surprised" (just to say something) by their performance...
I will keep you all updated.

If Paul’s website never sends the set, I would get my money back through PayPal, then just keep checking Music Vaultz to see if they get re-stocked.

Unfortunately, they have raised the price. I did contact them and they said I will be charged the lower price that it was when I ordered. They charge when it ships (like Amazon does) It now costs $413.81 U.S. ($554.99 CDN)

I got an email late last night that mine has shipped, although when I go to the USPS tracking site, it appears that it is just being prepared to go to a USPS facility, so I think I have some time to wait yet. Good luck to all still waiting! Can't wait to hear it.

My order has been canclled (only yesterday!) as well due to a problem with the payment.
I have now re-ordered the individual boxes from Amazon US.
Does anyone know if the Wings Over Europe tracks will be legally available to listen or purchase as individual files? This CD has not been uploaded to Spotify and I will be happy to pay for the files via any of the official channels.

These won't be available as a separate CD/download as they are exclusive to the box set but may be uploaded on Spotify for streaming in the future.
